One-on-One Training
Our personal trainers will give you a personalized workout plan and routine coaching to work with on your fitness journey. Choose from our 30+ trainers spread across our locations with different backgrounds.

Small Group Training
Groups of 2-5 people
Our small group training allows members to choose to work on something specific and to familiarize themselves with the wide array of equipment throughout the facility! Train with family or friends.
All members get 3 sessions free when you join.
S.W.E.A.T Classes
Functional training at it’s best! Classes take place on our turf field and are ran in intervals. S.W.E.A.T can be modified for beginners and more advanced members. This specific training program is tailored for real results. Join the movement and SWEAT! This program can be purchased in packages, or as a month to month service. Nutritional Coaching
Many of our trainers are certified nutrition coaches, and work one-on-one with individuals to achieve their personal goals when it comes to eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Our trainers will educate you on nutritional science and provide you with a personalized eating plan tailored to your unique needs, desires, budget, and lifestyle, rather than offering a standard diet.
