CLUB MANAGER
Dylan has been working with Pure since Spring of 2022. He started in our Millsboro location, and then was promoted to Manager of the West OC branch a year later. His favorite part of the gym is the interactions he gets with the variety of different members that come through his doors, and he says he never gets bored! He loves to read, smoke cigars, watch basketball, and spend time with his friends/family. His favorite exercise is the rower (full body work, and he knocks cardio off his todo list).

Patrick combines science-based programming with real-world training experience to help clients build strength, confidence, and lasting results. With a background in Health Behavioral Science and competitive athletics, he understands how structured, intentional training leads to real progress.
He works with men and women of all fitness levels — from beginners learning proper technique to experienced lifters looking to break plateaus. His approach emphasizes strength development, muscle growth, conditioning, and injury prevention.

TESSA ELLING
NASM CERTIFIED TRAINER
Bethany Beach local Tessa Elling is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. While studying at the University of South Carolina, she discovered group exercise as a tool for stress management and community. What began as a personal outlet evolved into a career coaching high-energy fitness classes for as many as 60 participants.
With experience spanning from training in the sand as a beach lifeguard for 7 summers to coaching in a variety of fitness centers in South Carolina, Florida, and Delaware, Tessa brings a wealth of expertise to every session. Along with her personal training certification, she is certified in Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat, Scwinn and BPM Cycle, and Basecamp Fitness training.
Tessa’s approach is simple: fitness is about enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase mobility, or find a positive outlet, you’ll find a trainer dedicated to helping you feel your best.
